Information we collect

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email address, optional business name, selected service, message, language, submission time and the version of the consent notice. Please do not include sensitive information or passwords.

Why we use it

We use this information to review and respond to your request, discuss a potential project and manage follow-up. Sending this form does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Any marketing subscription requires a separate, voluntary choice.

Site statistics and cookies

We measure activity using our own aggregate site statistics and a privacy-preserving instance of Umami (stats.yunitztech.com). We count visits by day, public page and referring website domain. Neither system stores visitor IP addresses, full referring URLs or persistent visitor identifiers, nor uses tracking cookies on the public site. These totals are aggregate page views, not unique individuals, and may include bots. We do not determine precise location or country. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. The public site does not use tracking cookies. The administration panel uses a secure session cookie lasting up to eight hours.

Storage, providers and retention

Information is stored in the website database. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical connection information to operate and protect the service; access is limited to what is necessary. Contact requests are automatically removed from the active database after twelve months and can be deleted earlier on request. Statistics are retained for ninety days. Expired administration sessions are removed daily. Backup deletion must follow the hosting operator’s documented retention schedule. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction, deletion or objection to processing, withdraw consent and ask about the use of your information by contacting: privacidad@yunitztech.com. Describe your request and provide enough information to locate the original submission. We may request proportionate identity verification. Applicable procedures and deadlines depend on the confirmed jurisdiction.
